In a given work, the set of equations describing the processes of the origin and agglomeration of point defects in plastically deformed metals is improved. Using several methods, the possibility of nucleation of hydrodynamical channels from agglomerates is shown. As shown, the appearance of very high concentration of vacancies in metal is possible at ultralow temperatures and even under light loads that can leads to the destruction of metal.

Key words: vacancies, vacancy agglomerates, vacancies’ generation rate, diffusion, stationary state, stability, hydrodynamic channels, ultralow temperature.
