At the high temperatures, the self- and heterodiffusion in iron, cobalt and nickel under simultaneous action of shock compression and alternating electric current are investigated using the methods of physicochemical analysis. The distribution of atoms and their localization within the diffusion zone of samples are determined. The estimation of the atoms’ mobility is carried out, and mechanisms of the atoms’ migration because of mentioned treatments are ascertained.
Key words: diffusion, atoms’ mobility, shock compression, magnetic field.
