This paper presents modelling of particle behaviour in two-phase flow. The analysis of particle behaviour inside the barrel of detonation-gun—plasma unit and outside its cut up to the substrate is performed. The obtained results could be used for further improvement of the experimental equipment and development of protective-coatings’ deposition technologies for loaded aircraft-engines’ parts, providing optimal parameters of powder injection point and fraction of the powder.
Key words: two-phase flow, detonation, plasma, modeling, powder injection point, distribution.
