The moduli of elasticity C$_{ijkl}$ and pliability S$_{ijkl}$ are used to calculate Young’s modulus $E_{i}$, Poisson’s ratios $\mu_{ijkl}$, and the $v_{i}$ and $E_{i}$ angular dependences are plotted using the propagation velocities of ultrasonic waves $v_{i}$ for more than 50 crystals of cubic syngony. Pointing auxeticity surfaces of single crystals are plotted for the first time. Basic conditions and criteria of occurrence of auxeticity (i.e. abnormal deformation) of cubic-syngony single crystals are revealed based on analysis of anisotropy of elastic properties.
Key words: modulus of elasticity, Poisson ratio, axial auxetic, non-axial auxetic, auxetic indicating surface, ultrasonic waves.
