The phase and chemical compositions of the 20, 45, U8A, Х12М steel grades under complex diffusion saturation of surface with chromium and titanium, chromium and vanadium are investigated. Rational temperature—time conditions of the process of steel surface saturation with chromium and titanium, chromium and vanadium are found as well as the optimal composition of reagents of saturating mixture is determined.
