The method for chromium dioxide (CrO$_{2}$) thin films’ fabrication by the hydrothermal synthesis on monocrystalline substrates of rutile (TiO$_{2}$) is proposed and developed. The prepared samples demonstrate a metallic character of the temperature dependence of electrical resistance and high value of coefficient of spin polarization of charge carriers, which is measured by the Andreev reflection method.

Key words: chromium dioxide films, chromium trioxide, Andreev contact, rate of spin polarization of the charge carriers.
