An experimental study of the diagnostic capabilities of the method of deformation dependences (DDs) of the total integrated intensity of dynamical diffraction (TIIDD) for single crystals with microdefects is carried out. The case, when the diffuse component of the TIDID can be commensurable with its coherent component or substantially exceeds it, is considered. As shown, the TIIDD DDs are anomalously sensitive and uniquely informative to characteristics of microdefects in multiparametric single-crystal systems.
Key words: integrated dynamical diffractometry, diffuse scattering, microdefects.
